Beveland Offices

1. We designed this commercial project for Diversified Construction, a builder and developer. The project is comprised of two 8,000 square foot buildings in Tigard, Oregon.

2. The project is nestled between a residential area and a busy commercial zone, and is meant to bridge the two worlds. We integrated design idioms from nearby houses, and broke the scale of the buildings down to create an intimate feeling for tenants and passersby.

3. The Class A buildings were designed for mixed use, with retail spaces on the ground floor and professional offices on the second floor.
