First Cascade Offices

1. We designed this 6,000 square foot commercial office building in Lake Oswego, Oregon for builder / developer First Cascade Construction.

2. This building is situated in the only area zoned for industrial use in Lake Oswego. It bridges a newer, high-end light commercial area and an older residential area. Therefore, we designed the building to blend in with the surrounding neighborhoods' scale and aesthetic.

3. We paid close attention to details on this project, using a palette of materials unusual for this sort of commercial building.
