Lakeview Warehouses

1. The Lakeview Warehouses, located in Lake Oswego, Oregon, were completed in 2006. Our design goal - and we believe the end result - reflects our belief that great design can apply anywhere, even in a warehouse building. 

2. We aimed to include as many attractive design features as possible, while still offering the best use of space and adhering to the close scrutiny of the City of Lake Oswego’s design review process.

3-4. The Lakeview Warehouses are two separate industrial buildings, each constructed in two phases. Both buildings house roughly 7,000 square feet of usable space, and both were mindfully designed with enough flexibility to host changing tenant mixes over time.  

5-6. Both buildings are primarily constructed with concrete masonry units (CMU). Inside, the first structure houses a single office and warehouse. The second is subdivided into two units.
