WCI Adaptive Reuse

We rehabilitated this 5,000 square foot historic brick building in NW Portland starting with a complete seismic upgrade. Once the shell was properly braced, we installed two state-of-the-art cooking classrooms, as well as a 60-seat lecture hall and support facilities.
