A rich palette of materials that feature northwest colors and textures was selected to set off this 2,660 square feet eatery's regional cuisine. The restaurant was one Portland's busiest, so finish materials were selected for durability as well as beauty. A custom reception counter of native wood greeted patrons, and the dining room featured a centrally located custom stainless steel flambe station.
