Woodmere Condominiums

1. ROSE Community Development Corporation and The Wyckoff Group retained us to create a simple but elegant website for their project, the Woodmere Condominiums.

2. To create a color scheme for the website, we drew on the color palette used in the model home.

3. The primary motive for creating the site was to consolidate information about loans and incentives for first time home buyers offered by disparate organizations.

4. We encouraged the client to highlight the neighborhood's amenities, which include a farmer's market, full-service grocery stores, an award-winning elementary school, and access to light-rail.
